A beautiful view of Quebec in 360 degrees begins your adventure from the 27th floor. It takes about 1h 30m to make a complete revolution. Service is excellent! We had the braised chicken with potatoes and vegetables but everything on the menu sounded good. French is the primary language but everyone knows enough English that you shouldn't have any problems. Very enjoyable introduction to the city. Highly recommended.

Amazing view The food was tasty - we went for lunch and I ordered green salad with chicken wings. The quantity was very less for chicken wings so I ordered one more wings and after waiting for 20mints staff came to me and said sorry! the chicken is frozen so we can’t prepare right now, you can order something else. Which was turn off .you can go here just to see the 360 view with food and drinks. Thought the staff was very humble and prompt.

Astonishing view of all the city! High level personnel. If you've just arrived to the Quebec city and still not sure where to go and what to see, get your map and go right into the restaurant. It is going take an hour while the restaurant makes the whole circle and you can make your notes watching the City from the sky. Great food is available as well.

Must have experience when you are in Quebec. Bird’s eye view for the whole Quebec. What a beautiful city! What beautiful season! I love all the colorful trees. The lentil soup was delicious. The horse tenderloin was a little raw for me but it was delicious and tender. Our waiter was very friendly. Highly recommended!

The best restaurant experience we have ever had! If you want an impeccable view of the WHOLE city and then some, delicious dinner, and tasty drinks book your reservation RIGHT NOW. I recommend booking a reservation so you can get a window seat, they reserve them for reservations only. The prices may seem a little high but everything was well worth it. We know little French but our waiter helped us a lot by explaining the menu in better detail. The sangria was one of the best I have ever had. My boyfriends steak melted in the mouth and my chicken was so moist! The salted caramel cheesecake was also delicious. If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I would! HIGHLY recommend!

Great views, did not feel rushed, our hostess was amazing and made great recommendations! We loved it! My boyfriend said it was the best bread he ever had (lol). Very expensive but, for a special night it was well worth it and amazing !

Surprise to rediscover this restaurant under a different menu that stands up to the visual experience. Dishes for kids are also Delicious! Kudos to the team.

The atmosphere, staff and food are absolutely phenomenal. Really added a special experience to our trip. The only downside was another guest. We had made a 10pm reservation, thinking that this way, there wouldn't be any children out that late in such a nice restaurant. We were very disappointed to hear a toddler screaming and crying as soon as we sat down. Put a slight damper on the mood as we were trying to enjoy a romantic evening. The irresponsible parents let the child run all over the restaurant, even into the kitchen. I would appreciate it if maybe Ciel made it 18+ after 9pm. Maybe than guests could enjoy their meal in peace.

You have do it at least once in your life !The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the food is extraordinary delicious.Try the brunch (vegetarians burger or the salmon).If you want a beautiful view m, try to book a place next to the windows.

Had a perfect romantic dinner....everything came out perfect..salads we're crisp ...steak was well prepared .....service was exceptional

This Restaurant is a must! Hostess’s and Service people were all very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the brunch menu. The steak and eggs was delicious. It also came with choice of app and free desert that was soooo good. We were given a choice of drink (non alcoholic) and their special hot chocolate brew was beyond good!!!!! It took about 1hr 30 min to complete the full circle. The views were spectacular. This place is a must do and reservations are highly recommended.

Excellent service. Amazing view. The duration of your meal is perfect to see 360 degrees. However, I was pretty disappointed by my main dish (the vegan option on the menu). Soup and dessert (the one with all kinds of chocolate) were delicious! A bit on the expensive side but you should definitely try it once!

Amazing view, amazing service, and an amazing place to have Sunday brunch. We tried 2 different plates and we were both very happy with the quality price of the food we got. Highly recommended if you visit Quebec City this year.

I did not like this restaurant at all. You have to pay too much but you get a little food with low quality. The fruits were not fresh at all. There was too much oil in my plate. I ordered omelet, it was just egg with some cheese in it. Although, There was some vegetable on the side, but I did not like the omelet at all. It was something you could get with 10 $ not 23 $. The coffee was terrible. I wish it was not included but it was at least better. You only pay for the place. if you go there in the fall you may have a nice view of the city, but we did not have that either since it was foggy.

The view itself makes the restaurant worth it. It is an amazing experience to be able to get a 360 Arial view of Quebec City. Even more so, the food was excellent. I ordered a the butcher's special and got an amazing cut of duck that just melted in my mouth and an incredible garnish of vegetables and bacon that had so much flavor. The raspberry pudding was so incredible. Everything I ate had superb flavor to it. Restaurants with this nice of a view and food generally charge much more!

The food was good. Nothing extraordinary. The views were outstanding. Prices good. Drinks good! Good to go once as a tourist.

A must experience . Quite reasonably priced considering experience . French and English menu . Delightful combination with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation.

We love this place because it offers magnificent view of the St. Lawrence river.I would recommend this place for brunch .The menu satisfies every appetite and the view is just breath taking Make reservation, as on long weekends it is usually fully booked

Awesome spot to see have a great meal overlooking Quebec city with a 360 view during your meal. Great price for 3 course meal during lunch. Need to go, staff is amazing and very professional.

Had a wonderful dinner experience with family. The view is probably the best in the city and one gets to see all of Quebec City over the course of an hour or so.While the view is great - it is the meal that is outstanding. We went for dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The waiter was able to converse both in French and English and helped in choosing what we may enjoy. The meal was a work of art visually and in the way it tasted.This is the place to be for one of the best experiences in Quebec City.

My recommendation is to go a bit after lunch 1:30 or so marvelous slow paced visual tour of the city while enjoying a fabulous lunch

I can't tell enough about this place. To start the experience, they have a panoramic lift which let you prepare for what you are about to see... The decor is simple and elegant, the place is super clean. You can't beat the view, it was amazing! Perfect for any occasion whether if it's with friends, couple, family. The waiter was super friendly and gave us recommendations to enjoy our drinks. Thank you to Chef Pascal, he was very attentive and his dishes amazing! The rolling experience let us admire Québec in one place. A must-see while in Québec City.

This place is definitely worth it! You can get a beautiful 360 degree view of Quebec City while enjoying your delicious meal. The beef croquette and the apple risotto were excellent appetizers to start the meal. The risotto was creamy and very well flavoured while the croquette was crunchy and had a meaty richness. The main dishes were the highlights of the meal. The chicken ballotine was incredibly tender and the sauce paired very well with the chicken. The scallops were also delicious. They were pan fried to perfection and tasted delicious with their own house smoked bacon. The corn salad was also a nice added touch to the dish and prevented it from being too overwhelming. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience and I would definitely recommend coming here!

Sat on the bar side, it's just under $10 for most drinks which is comparable to most bars in the city. The views are great and always changing since it rotates. On a weekday evening it was nearly empty.
